Monitoring & Rebooting

When you are way too busy working on your site or developing your applications, you hardly have time to keep track of what’s going on with your virtual server – if it is overloading or if all the services are running okay. With our Optional Admin Services deal, we’ll take care of this for you. Your Virtual Private Server will be included in a custom–built server monitoring system and each time there is a sign of a trouble, our server administrators will be notified momentarily.

Weekly Backups

Having a backup copy of your hosted content is essential – you never know when something can go wrong. And having signed for the Optional Admin Services deal, you will enjoy regular backups of your entire VPS, not only of your data, without you having to set up and configure anything. Furthermore the backups will be placed on a server with numerous RAID–configured disk drives. This means that your data will always be safe and sound, irrespective of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Having a VPS Server, you have total freedom to run any script or service on your server. But, certain scripts are more difficult to install and might require some additional configuration from you. This is where our Optional Admin Services package can help you out. It includes thirty minutes of installation & troubleshooting operations – it means that you can literally employ one of our expert server admins for 30 minutes and have him assist you with the installation of any software app whatsoever that you desire. Alternatively have him fix an issue that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services solution is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and is an optional feature for our KVM VPS Servers.
